Terms of service
Use and Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the rented items.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the items during the rental period.

Knives, other sharp objects, and shoes are not allowed.
Cancellations and Changes:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If the reservation is not canceled at least 3 days in advance, half of the total rental amount will be charged.
- If you want it overnight, you would need to call customer service and we will extend your time with a discount.
- if the items are expected to be out the next day, we will not let it be overnight.
Weather Conditions:

In the event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation without penalty and with a full refund if requested.
Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss of property that occurs during the use of the rented items, as supervision is the responsibility of an adult.

If a rented item is damaged beyond repair or lost, the customer will be responsible for replacing it or paying its replacement value.

If delivery is made at a park, the customer must wait for our team to pick up the items. If the scheduled pickup time arrives and our team has not arrived, the customer may call customer service and inform us that they are leaving the equipment in a safe place. If the customer leaves without prior notification and any item is stolen, the customer will be fined the value of the item.
Acceptance of Terms:

By making a reservation, the customer automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
